Our maple syrup project has been a huge success. We've been collecting sap for nearly 4 weeks now. We've got more than 80 litres of sap. The whole school community has been engaged with the project. On Wednesday this week, we will boil down the sap in the schoolyard. We can't wait! The Toronto Star interviewed us this week and has shared the excitement with the rest of the city.
